Contribution Rules
- You are at least 18 years old.
- Your contribution is made from your own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.
- You are a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).
- You *must* include your Full Name, Address, Occupation, Employer, and Employer’s Address along with the check.
